Een lichte, onbelaste scheidingswand bestaande uit een dubbel ontkoppeld geraamte in metalen profielen met aan beide zijden twee stootvaste, brandwerende gipsplaten met verhoogde vochtweerstand. In de spouw wordt twee lagen rotswolisolatie voorzien.
